Ladies and gentlemen. It’s been only four days since the release of my track Cybernetics on all streaming platforms and I’d like to share the first statistics with you, specifically from Spotify, where I have the most listens. The reason why I want to share the statistics with you after the first four days is that my track Cybernetics has exceeded 1,000 listens. For you, this may be a pretty ordinary moment, but for me, as a music producer who has only been on Spotify and other platforms for a short time, it’s a great success and I hope it will continue to grow.
To date, 29.4.2025, since the release of my track (25.4.2025), I have recorded over 1,120 streams from 733 Spotify users, including 120 saves and 18 additions to various playlists of Spotify users. For me as a newbie to streaming platforms, it’s a good popic and great feedback, and it shows that even though I’m at the beginning of my career, you like my latest work.
Of course, I was also interested in what playlists my music appears in and which one is the best. In first place is the user playlist SUMMER MIX, where I have received 644 streams from 492 listeners to date. Originally, I didn’t even think that a playlist created by Spotify would drive my music forward. Here I first saw the power of playlists on Spotify and understood their deeper workings.
The places where my listeners listen are also very interesting. To date, most streams are from the United Kingdom, the United States and Italy. In this case, my home country of the Czech Republic ranks 23rd in the TOP countries where my track Cybernetics was listened to. Of course, my goal is not only the Czech Republic. Just because I communicate in English, I’m aiming for a global audience, but it seemed interesting to me that I could mention it.
